All international flights at the Yanji Chaoyangchuan International Airport were suspended in late March due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
Sorasak said the agreement means a lot to Cambodia's economy as it gives greater market access to the country's products.
He said when China was severely hit by the pandemic in early 2020, Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen made a special visit to Beijing to show support in fighting the virus, and showed his confidence and trust on China's ability to cope with crisis.
China has never prohibited or prevented relevant accounting firms from offering audit work papers to overseas regulators, the CSRC said.
"This very huge market access enables Cambodia to diversify its products and markets and reduce over-reliance on a few trading partners, i.e., Europe, U.S., and Canada, who traditionally trade with Cambodia on a concessional basis such as Everything But Arms (EBA), Generalized System of Preferences (GSP)," he said.
Wang expounded on the clear-cut framework for the relationship.
"We are always ready to develop a China-U.S. relationship featuring no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect and win-win cooperation based on coordination, cooperation and stability," he added.
Sorasak said during the COVID-19 outbreaks, Cambodia and China had shown solidarity to alleviate the pandemic and to navigate economic recovery.
The assertion turns a blind eye to all that has been achieved in China-U.S. relations over the past decades, and shows ignorance of the historical process and lack of respect for the Chinese and American peoples, Wang said.

The two sides have maintained communication and interaction, the CSRC said, adding that Chinese authorities have shown full cooperation sincerity by repeatedly communicating with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on joint inspections of accounting firms since 2019.
